What is an Ad Set?

An Ad Set is a component of a Facebook ad campaign that allows advertisers to define specific parameters for their ads. It determines how and where the ads within the campaign will run by setting the target audience, budget, schedule, placements, and bidding strategy.

Think of your campaign as a umbrella structure. Your individual Ad Sets will come under this structure. Inside each Ad Set you can have multiple ads.
