My Ads are not downloading properly

Use this checklist when an asset fails to download from your Swipekit library.

Checks

  1. Open the ad and wait for processing to finish.
  2. Refresh the ad page once and retry.
  3. Test another ad to see if the issue is ad-specific.
  4. Retry in Incognito with only the Swipekit extension enabled.
