What happens to overage charges?

Swipekit does not offer refunds for extra usage charges.

If an extra usage charge is billed, that same amount is applied as credit to your account and automatically used on a future invoice.

Example

If you are on the Yearly Basic plan ($312/year) and switch to monthly billing immediately after subscription, you will have a $273 extra extra charge:

1. Your current invoice includes the $39 plan charge and the $273 extra usage charge.
2. The same $273 charge is added to your account as credit.
3. That credit is automatically applied to your next invoice.
